"Funny For a Girl" is a comedy podcast hosted by Evelyn Mok and Sofie Hagen. Each week they sit down and chat with a different female comedian about comedy and life in general.
At the end of each episode the comedian is asked to give their final and honest answer to the most tiresome question a comedian who is also a female have been asked a thousand times before, “what is it like being a female comedian?”, with the intent of giving the guest a chance to answer the question once and for all - without being being censored or having to be nice.
The goal is to end up with the UKs largest collection of portraits of female comedians, showing exactly how different and vibrant and interesting they all are. Basically, to show that these women are more than just a gender.

9. Funny for Carly Smallman
Carly Smallman is bold and brilliantly funny. She invites Evelyn and Sofie into her flat to discuss comedy death and dating comedians. At one point, Carly brings out the booze and the conversation starts getting a bit more interesting.

8. Funny for Michelle De Swarte
Michelle De Swarte is a model slash stand-up comedian and she's currently living in New York. Evelyn and Sofie talk about their own body insecurities and Michelle talks about her mother working in the sex trade industry, about showing up at an open mic in photoshoot-make-up and about doing jokes about things that hurt.

7. Funny for Abigoliah Schamaun
Abigoliah Schamaun is a New Yorker, a circus artist and is in London to do a few gigs before heading back to the states. Evelyn and Sofie got to meet her for a quick chat about UK vs. US, doing sex-jokes and about that one show where Abigoliah made someone in the audience faint.

It's Valentines Day! Evelyn and Sofie go on a fancy date with comedians - and fellow podcast-owners - Ben Van Der Velde and Paul McGarrity. In a lovely talk about love and relationships, Ben and Paul are wonderfully happily in love and Evelyn and Sofie come to terms with the fact that they'll probably die alone. ENJOY.
