Dakota had a difficult up bringing when he was put into foster care at the age of 6. Dakota was kicked out of high school twice and was told many times he would end up in jail.

Zasha’s first flip was over $100,000 profit and soon after took the leap and quit her job. Today she is flipping houses, has 10 rentals, and is now getting into syndication. Brian and Zasha also talk about traditional rentals vs short term rentals and how Zasha raises money for her deals.
