Led by industry experts and diaspora leaders, Future-Ready Skills for a Global Career: Navigating Opportunities After Graduation explores how graduates and young professionals can position themselves for success in an increasingly global and technology-driven workforce.

The discussion covers building a compelling personal brand, identifying international career opportunities, and developing essential digital and AI capabilities. It also examines entrepreneurship, including how to validate business ideas, understand funding pathways, and navigate Cyprus' innovation ecosystem.

The session featured representatives from Cypriots in the City, a UK-based non-profit network that connects Cypriot professionals and students working and studying across sectors including financial services, law, accounting, and consulting.
