    Feeling overwhelmed often happens when we expose ourselves to too much stress that our mind and body cannot cope with.  It is a difficult emotion to manage, and it can leave us stuck in a state or place we do not want.
    Are you feeling overwhelmed right now? How are you coping with it? Do you give in to this feeling? What would happen if you continued to mope around? Where will this feeling of being overwhelmed take you? Will it take you to a better life?
    Give me a few minutes of your time and listen to what I have to say about this and how you can deal with it. Let me help you triumph over this emotion so that you can have the future you want and be the person you were meant to be.

    ⚡️ Overwhelmed means buried or drowned under a huge mass of something
    ⚡️ Feeling overwhelmed comes from taking in stress more than our system can adapt to.
    ⚡️ There is no growth without stress. Stress is a challenge

    1.      Be aware and look at what you are taking on, what is important vs what is urgent

    Rumination pertains to how cows and other ruminants chew and digest their food. It also refers to how humans brood on negative thoughts. Ruminating, overthinking, or dwelling on negative thoughts will only hinder us from being the person we want to become.
    How long have you been ruminating? What opportunities and how much time have you lost dwelling on these negativities? Will you have a healthier, wealthier life, and have better relationships with the people around you if you keep ruminating?

    Courage comes from the Latin word “cor” which denotes the heart as the seat of feelings. To have courage means you have the willingness to act and the ability to control fear.
    Are you courageous enough to stand up for yourself and be who you want to be, or would you rather follow what everyone else is doing and saying? Are you happy with how your life has turned out because of it? Do you often wonder what your life would have been if only you had the courage to be who you wanted to become?
    Today we are going to talk all about courage and how vital it is in achieving the life that you have always wanted. Listen and gather insights and, hopefully, you will have the courage within you to be the best version of yourself.

    Health is defined as a state free from illness or injury, but for me, it is the renewal of mental and physical conditions that leads to happiness. It is the most valuable thing, but most people do not demonstrate it in a situation. People often do not want to look at their health because they know it is not where it should be.
    Are you one of those who prefer to be ignorant of their health conditions rather than face reality? Would you be able to have better health and life if you did not accept the reality of where your health is?
    Take a few minutes to listen and hopefully realize what you are doing to yourself and have the courage to change the situation. Do not succumb to the disease. Change your habits while there is still time so that you can have a happier future.
