Life is filled with mysteries and uncontrollable situations that we can only be ready for. How do we get ready for these situations? We get ready by taking time out of our days to self care, self improve, and prioritize our body, health, and mind. Life can throw a curveball at anytime of your day, and when this happens we need to find how to gain control even when everything is out of our control. We do this by gaining control over the one thing you will always have control over, your reactions! What’s the purpose of training? It’s not to look good for the beach. It’s to find our inner worth, what makes us happy, and create a health condition so strong it can be ready for anything life has to bring.
