    In this episode, we talk with Kevin Jans about Government Contracting Breakpoints and the process-to-relationship ratio at each of the levels. The concept here is that there are four distinct contracting breakpoints. Within each breakpoint, there is a different process to relationship ratio that the contractor needs to learn in order to be successful. Those breakpoints are small (up to 250 K), medium (250 K to 15 M), large (15 M to 100 M) and major contracts (100 M+). The episode primarily focuses on the first three breakpoints and what's required at each level.

Must Listen Podcast

I have been in the GovCon business about 10 years now for a Large multi billion dollar contractor. The training that these guys provide for free in this podcast is amazing. I believe learning is something we do our whole lives to be successful and these guys are giving some valuable real word training.
P.S. I liked their training enough to sign up for their RSM Federal platform… which is even better than the podcast!!!!
