We love a good redemption story. We love it even more when the bad guy has a change of heart and turns around to be good. There are a few story arcs in the Game of Thrones that follow this pattern. They take people we thought would be the one way at the beginning of the series and then they transform to be something different by the end. the Bible is also filled with countless stories of redemption.
