Zak & Ralph & Nick reexamine movies which have, in one way or another, achieved cult status and try to decide whether or not their cult status is warranted.

FREE BONUS: The Crow
We take a quick dive into an absurd fan theory that 'They Live' was inspired by the Mario Bros. arcade game before moving on to the insanity of uh, the entire world? Also, brief discussion of what the future of the show looks like.

The Crow
The fellas examine Brandon Lee's iconically goth big break/swan song and have some good things to say about it. Some less good things as well. This is the last episode of the season. Not sure when we'll be back but we will be back, and we have many ideas on how to improve the show. See you then!

Who Framed Roger Rabbit
The fellas talk about how incredible Who Framed Roger Rabbit is. Not a lot of negativity on this episode. Is it a cult movie? We don't know. We're not actually good at research. Oops.
-
Street Fighter
Zak returns! We talk about the Raul Julia's last film, the... technically a movie... Street Fighter. It's fun tbh.
-
Dark City
Ralph and Nick are joined by special guest Michael Lastname to discuss one of Michael's personal favorites: 1998's dystopian sci-fi film, Dark City. How many movies is it similar to? A lot. Is it still good? We'll tell you, obviously.

Showgirls
Zak is MIA this week. Not the musical artist famous for "Paper Planes" and middle fingering the entire earth at the Super Bowl. He's not here, is what I'm saying. So, we have our friend Matt (resident Verhoeven superfan) come on the show to talk to us about boobs.
Customer Reviews
Insightful, Classic, and above all else, Entertaining
The commentary that Zak Goeringer and Ralph Mangeno manage to bring to the table is fairly distinct from what you would normally anticipate from other pieces film review media. They are neither overly chauvinistic with the majority of the cult classics they decide to watch nor do they pander to the art-house community. Zak, especially, provides strong convictions about this concerning his background and familiarity with cinematography. As a result, they frequently provide very distinct perspectives on films that are critically acclaimed and the actual worth of those movies’ message contextually. They of course manage to do this for the worst of the worst as well. They very clearly love the enthusiasm behind these films, good and bad, and do their part in displaying the merits and downfalls of each entry. Anyone who can convince me that there is a logic behind Troll 2 deserves a golden statue.
With the cushion of humor and dissociation from any particular perspective on what constitutes “good” and “bad” art, Midnight Movie Mayhem is a great gateway to learning more about cult classics and the effect that they continue to have.
Very entertaining
Personally find this show to be very fun, these guys talk about the movies they see with a hilarious sort of bewilderment in trying to figure out what they watched
A couple of goods
These two could talk about the phone book and it would be funny and interesting
