I stumbled upon GCALFitness 5 Minutes to Fit a few weeks ago and I absolutely love this podcast! The episodes are short and to the point. He gives plenty of insight on health and fitness as well as examples of clients he trains. I really enjoy it and look forward to each episode!

The Best PodCast for Fitness!
I saw this PodCast on my recommendations and decided to give it a try. Gabe is so insightful and makes me think of things I've never thought of before in my Fitness life! He is very reassuring and explains how the journey is definitely hard, but it's a journey well worth it. The best part is, they are super short! Nobody really has an excuse to miss these Podcasts. Definitely listen to this Podcast on your next drive to work or to the gym!
