Batman The Long Halloween : World's Finest True Believers

In this episode, Chris welcomes Tim from the “Anything Goes Podcast” and “Please Rewind: The RF4RM Retro Movie Show” to discuss one of his favorite graphic novels, “Batman: The Long Halloween”. Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale tell an epic story that takes place during Batman’s early days of crime fighting. Christmas. St. Patrick's Day. Easter. As the calendar's days stack up, so do the bodies littered in the streets of Gotham City. A murderer is loose, killing only on holidays. Who is the only man that can stop this fiend? The Dark Knight. Working with District Attorney Harvey Dent and Lieutenant James Gordon, Batman races against the calendar as he tries to discover who Holiday is before he or she claims their next victim each month. A mystery that has the reader continually guessing the identity of the killer until the very end.

Saga of the Swamp Thing : World's Finest True Believers 33

Saga of the Swamp Thing : World's Finest True Believers 33

In this episode, Chris welcomes Adam who is the showrunner for the YouTube Original show,
“Escape the Night” (in its 4 th Season) and creator of the comic book “The Eighth” to look at the
first volume of one of his favorite comic book arcs, “Saga of the Swamp Thing”. Writer Alan
Moore with pencilers Stephen Bissette and John Totleben begin their storied run on the
title where in just 7 issues they would forever re-define the character of Swamp Thing.
Before Watchmen, Alan Moore made his debut in the U.S. comic book industry with the
revitalization of the horror comic book The Swamp Thing. His deconstruction of the
classic monster stretched the creative boundaries of the medium and became one of
the most spectacular series in comic book history. With modern-day issues explored
against a backdrop of horror, The Swamp Thing stories became commentaries on
environmental, political and social issues, unflinching in their relevance. Book one
(Issues #20-27) begins with the story "The Anatomy Lesson," a haunting origin story
that reshapes Swamp Thing mythology with terrifying revelations that begin a journey of
discovery and adventure that will take him across the stars and beyond.

FF4 joint movie

Great show! I think the FF4 can be in black panther 2 do a reversal of the comics where black panther was introduced in FF4 they can battle Namor and end credit manors working for dr doom
Or they could be in ant man 3 and have something to do with the quantum realm and they were stuck inside for 30 yrs or something. Anyway keep the show going look toward every Monday to it!
