A Fantastic Experience

As a four time guest, I have to say that I absolutely love Ron's approach to his guests and to his audience. He puts me at ease, makes it fun, and asks the right questions to bring out value for his listeners.

He really cares about his craft and his customer-mindset is second to none. I enjoy every episode of the Gemba Academy podcast and recommend it highly to anyone who is a continuous improvement practitioner, leader, or just cares about learning new ways of thinking.

I have to also give Kudos to the team at Gemba Academy, who supports Ron's efforts - well done!
