The one with Adam Lawrence on kaizen
I was listening to the podcast you did with Adam Lawrence on my way to work, I really liked his approach on the kaizen events for collecting ideas, you can never stop learning new approaches , and a very impressive the outcome of the SMED kaizen too!!! Always great to hear other lean practitioners on their experiences, really enjoyed the podcast!
Assumes everyone is an expert
Not bad but it assumes that everyone who listens is a lean expert. I wish you had some podcasts that were a bit more instructional.
