Yet, lately I've also been recognizing the importance of carving out time for celebrations - both big and small - to actually enjoy everything we're going through!

    In this episode, I chat through my challenges with taking time to celebrate my accomplishments & my tendencies to be a toxic workaholic that have resulted in me feeling unhappy in what I have and always wondering "what's next?"

    I truly have hated running for most of my life (and still do sometimes,) so the thought of running a marathon was completely out of the picture for a long time. In this episode, I go into detail on how my relationship with running & cardio in general has changed and ultimately led me to this very out-of-character decision of mine.



    I also spend a good portion of the episode touching on some of the tips, tricks, and life hacks that have made running a bit more bearable for me - so if you're looking for tips on your own journey, I gotchu!

    Today I wanted to bring us back to more of the physical side of Genuine Gainz with some talk about yoga! As something that has been such a large part of my life for so many years, I figured it was about time that I dedicate an episode to the topic - but with a focus on what benefits you might be able to find from the practice if you decide to partake. :)



    Overall, it's just for fun - don't put pressure on yourself to be a "yogi" or follow any particular schedule, intensity, etc. Just take it for what it is & the benefits it provides whenever you want!

Amazing podcast

Genuine girl is a phenomenal series of podcasts for college students. Meredith started the brand when she was a freshman, and we can totally see how much she has grown. As a listen, I have also grown with her and find a lot of comfort in what she has to say about her college journey. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a friend on their college journey!
