I tune into your podcasts frequently and am constantly making improvements in eating for wellness- thank you! These are the lifestyle changes I have been searching for that conventional approaches fail to educate most of society! Changed my life!!!

Thank God for this podcast and the heart of gold that Jodelle has and her passion for the health and wellness of people, including strangers. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to this podcast from a friend & have since then been on a path of healing myself from the inside out. Part of this healing is to know that I'm not perfect, but to give it one day at a time! Jodelle is that little voice in my ear on a long day, on a stressful evening or a long car ride and I'm so grateful for her. I highly recommend this to anyone whether their nutritional journey is just beginning or they're an avid clean eater! After all, no one is perfect and we can all use a tune-up every once in a while. Namaste!

Yes!

Well the "45 min + a teaser" podcast definitely worked cause I can not wait for the next one! I will be the first to admit that I AM that female that believes the MYTH that heavy lifting equals bulk! I've sworn off squat racks, bench press, and just all other heavy lifting ever since college basketball years ago. Of course I had no idea what I was doing with nutrition then and I'm assuming that was much of the cause-- but unfortunately those years kind of engrained in me to not want to ever lift heavy again. Sooo, I can't wait to hear this myth that I unfortunately believe to be debunked and to learn the RIGHT way to lift with the RIGHT nutrition! Thanks for all you guys do! Can't wait to try out Zack's shared recipe!
