What a treat for my mind and my heart!

As a retired corporate communication coach and professor with a PhD in psychology, I really thought I would be bored. Since my research area was gender differences in communication, what could be new? Well, I was wrong, and you two are new! What a treat to listen to you! So professional and engaging. So entertaining and smart! So relevant and useful! Every episode reinforces my own life experiences, validates my own hopes and fears, and inspires me to continue to grow. Thank you being the women you are and for all you are doing to help us all be better women ourselves.

My heart is smiling!!

“Did I tell you I started a podcast”? Wow! 😍
I was feeling a little sad and decided I needed to get out for a walk. I listened in on Get Louder: Tenacity. Redefined. I was moved and inspired by the courage and strength in Maha’s story. The nugget for me in this podcast was the reminder that the human spirit is truly inspiring and there is a way to get through tough if you want to get there.
