Ready to be inspired?

It takes courage to be vulnerable and share one's personal journey with the world. Matthew Hinman is demonstrating his courage as he shifts his life in front of others. From dropping the excess weight in 2013 to finding it starting to creep back on in 2014, he is taking charge of his body and making changes in 2015. And doing it in a place where everyone can support him and ride along side of him (no pun intended). Come cheer Matthew on as he shifts his lifestyle and join in the journey to make your changes too!
