I'm expressing why the term "get over it" is looked at in a huge negative way, and how some people can feel offended, dehumanized, and how the term is unwelcomed. A lot of people say it freely without considering that many suffer through mental illnesses. I also hit a point of how some contradict using this term, while they're not over everything bad that they've been through as well too.
