Long Overdue Review

This 5 star review is long overdue...I have listened to the GOY podcast from the beginning and never failed to learn something new from each episode. The latest breather episode, The Incrediblbe Micro-Workout and Other Time-Efficient Fitness Tips, addressed all of my current fitness stumbles and offered practical, doable solutions. Many overdue thanks for all the fine work you do to help me to get over myself.

Fun, Inspiring and Insightful!

Brad has a way of connecting with his guests and it makes for some great conversations. I always learn something new every time I listen in. It’s thought provoking and also fun. Keep up the great work! Definitely a fan!

100% Attendance

I have listened to Brad since his first primal blueprint podcast. I listen to endurance podcasts even though I’m not into endurance or an athlete at all. I followed him to this podcast and will continue to follow him because his outlook on life is dead on for me. Great interviews that translate to life in general so that you can listen to just about anything and get interested and relate. Nothing but love!
