Great info on short term rentals!
This podcast is one of the OG podcasts in the STR industry, and it has a great and broad array of content on a lot of different topics for short term rentals! Definitely a must listen!
Relevant info
The show has lots of relevant info about being a STR host but have to say that the X program is overpriced in my opinion. My daughters college tuition for a year is less than their 90 day program.
