Love the podcast AND the program

LOVE‼️🙌🏼

I just started listening recently and I’m up to episode 13. The content is always great, but my favorite part is that she seriously just “gets to the point!” So far all the episodes have been under 40 minutes and this is the PERFECT listen for my leisure walks😁
