This week I ramble about the new year, new me, and new beginnings. Not just being back in New York City, but me trying out something really new. A new job! Kinda? you might leave this epsidoe with more questions than answers, but thats what next week is for. A real cliff hanger of an episode! 

Only two days late this week, but I fired it up anyways!!! Better than not coming at all, amirite?!?! So it's a Thurasdays Wiith Jakey. Apologies, kinda. Anyways, this week I ramble about Chrstimas in general, some of my more fun recent Xmases, and just sort of stumble my way through what basically amounts to half an epsiode! I'll be back next week, probably on Tuesday, with a full epsiode once again.

This week I ramble about my cross country drives, Jack White, Ribs, Jason Nivens and some kismet in Kansas City, Stucky's West Virgina Farmohuse, NO LOCALS at the motel, and some wild NOLA adventures with new friends, concerts, clubs, Saints games and Po Boys! 6 months and 6 days since the last episode, Im back in the podcast groove. Recorded live on location in the French Quarter of New Orleans, my home for the past few months, I basiclaly justr amble about why I took so long of a break, and start to delve into what I got into this summer. Shouyld be back with regular frequency now. but only time will tell!

This week I ramble about my week of motorcyle adventurtes, shady CIA black ops sites in the middle of the desert, bowling alleys and minor league baseball and a god damned 630 mile burn through the desert in 13 hours on my bike, which is named Lucille btw.

This week I ramble about yet another week in Las Vegas. Seemingly one of my homes away from home, I've probably spent more time in this city than anywhere else in my adult life except for NYC and maybe LA and London - all palces I've actually lived. Went to the opening of the new Crossroads Kitchen, saw a Bill Burr show and got to meet and hang with him backstage, saw my NINTH Jack White show of his current tour, went to my first Vegas rave style ppool party, and hiked over 20 miles in the desert and didnt manage to spot a single Ratlesnake. A boy can dream!
