Wonderful analysis!
As a lawyer, I generally avoid legal podcasts because my brain wants to use that time for escapism. This podcast, however, evokes a different kind of escapism—back to law school! I feel like I’m sitting front row again and I’m not even scared that I haven’t done the reading. If you long for the study carrels and law review office, this podcast is for you.
