Giles Coren Has No Idea
Each week Giles Coren finds himself with no idea what to write about in his weekly column. Having read all the papers and found nothing of interest whatsoever, he takes a break and does the school run. That’s where his wife and fellow journalist Esther Walker comes in. Upon his return, Esther has half a dozen ideas she’s spotted ready to knock around with him over the kitchen table and a much needed pot of coffee. Giles and Esther are bright, funny, smart, and engaging. Other podcasts pale in comparison.
Bloody hilarious

Outstanding podcast - completely tripped up over it and thought “what’s this then?” Now fully subscribed and looking forward to whatever they say next!!
Casual Sexism Ruins the Party

Found Giles through supersizers years ago and thought he was fun and charming, was thrilled to see he had a podcast. I really wanted to like this but the smug, flippant way he talks about women’s rights issues as if they’re an annoying trend is really, really disappointing. If he was being casually racist or homophobic, he wouldn’t be allowed to air, but snark towards women is apparently completely fair game at the Times.
