I don’t know about you, but I have this mentality of ‘I’m not trying to lose weight but I’m not trying to gain any either’ even though I enjoy eating healthy and working out. We live in a society that promotes thinness and anything other than that is treated unkindly. She has helped hundreds of clients recover from diet culture and believes that all bodies are good bodies and that all food is good food.
