Is He Just Not That Into Me? feat. Greg Behrendt, author of He's Just Not That Into You

Is He Just Not That Into Me? feat. Greg Behrendt, author of He's Just Not That Into You

We have a legend on deck -- author/comedian Greg Behrendt, the man responsible for "He's Just Not That Into You", both the book and the famous Sex and the City quote (he worked on the iconic show for six years). We discuss the book and go deeper on other dating-related and life topics like falling out of love with a partner, why some people accept so little in relationships, the first step to getting over someone, how to stop taking b******t from f*****s (including yourself), and more. And of course we had to ask him our burning questions about SATC and his feelings on the movie adaptation of his book. We also catch up on one of Rayna's exes resurfacing, the show Ashley can no longer watch in her parents' house, and we turn the tables on our topic with listeners answering "I knew I wasn't into him when....". Enjoy!

Love this podcast

Ashley & Rayna are the best! They cover a wide range of topics that always seem to be relevant and relatable AND funny at the same time! Quarantine has me binging old episodes in between Mondays, I can’t get enough of GGE.

Oh so we’re deleting bad reviews now?

Ashley shouldn’t be allowed on any platform anywhere. Don’t even want to imagine how she’s going to be when Trump is re-elected. Rayna, wake up and and stop being a follower to her narcissistic force. Y’all, even though they “LiTeRALly 👏🏼 dOnT 👏🏼 CaRe” and don’t let you forget it, you don’t know how much time you have in this life and shouldn’t waste the time you have listening to this crap. Definitely not if you’re in a relationship. They make you feel like you’re doing something wrong in life if you don’t agree with everything they say in all aspects of life. You’ve been warned.

Cringe Worthy

Listened to the Nicole Byer ep because she’s a hilarious comic. The hosts of the show (Ashley in particular) did zerooooo research before the interview and it was uncomfortably bad. Like the pro she is, Nicole Byer was able to answer their dumbass questions with tact. Also, Ashley took every chance she got to talk about herself vs. do her diligence as a host to promote her guest’s voice. Skip through the entire section about the Call Her Daddy drama because it was a long winded talk congratulating themselves on how great they are and would never do what those hosts did. Talk about hypocrisy! That’s a hard pass on this podcast, there are better relationship and sex pods out there.
