Why do guys just want to f*ck you once then stalk your Instagram forever? Should you ditch the apps and meet people in the wild? How do you get over a breakup when you feel like you're gonna die?
These are all topics discussed on Girls Gotta Eat -- a comedy podcast about dating, sex, and relationships co-hosted by Ashley Hesseltine and Rayna Greenberg.

How Much Should You Share About Your Partner to Your Friends?
Should you tell your friends the size of your partner’s d*ck? What about their political beliefs? We’re discussing all the things you share about your partner with friends and family, from sexual details to fights to politics to cheating. We break down the differences in what you should share/shouldn’t share, the impact oversharing can have, the types of friends you can tell certain things to, and more. Before we get into the topic, we’re joined by a special guest (Rayna’s hot neighbor!) and he tells us some of his turnoffs and clears up a beef with Ashley. Enjoy!

Shift Your Energy, Change Your Life feat. Alyssa Amoroso
Our good friend Alyssa Amoroso (aka Publyssity) joins us this week to spill the tea on her relationship, the trip that changed her dating trajectory, and so much more. The main theme of the episode is how shifting your energy can lead to big changes in your life, and we discuss her current relationship from how they met (she offers some insightful dating app advice) to the recent “DTR” to how people treat her now that she’s coupled up (and the mixed feelings she has on it). We also chat about her move to LA, why she got rid of her therapist (and the positive impact it had), and making the decision to stop letting insecurities hold you back. Before Alyssa joins us, we’re sharing some Thanksgiving Eve hookup stories; Ashley has a big life/body update, and we’re now taking dating applications for Rayna. Enjoy!

Understanding (and Healing) Your Original Wounds with Therapist Vienna Pharaon
We’re so happy to welcome back marriage and family therapist Vienna Pharaon to talk about healing work and the five original wounds. She shares her own personal story of her parents’ (nine year long) divorce and how she didn’t think it affected her until later in life when she was ready to process and work through it. Then she walks us through how to pinpoint and understand your original wounds and how they are affecting you today, and gives steps for how to heal and stop holding yourself back from healthy relationships. We also discuss how red flags can be a positive thing, the unhealthy side of choosing partners who put you on a pedestal, and why breakups don’t equal failure. Before Vienna joins us, we have a debut cameo from Sparkle Eyes. Enjoy!
Follow Vienna on Instagram @mindfulmft, check out her podcast This Keeps Happening, and get her book The Origins of You.

Have We Overcorrected When It Comes to Dating?
With all the dating advice/rules/list/etc taking over our online landscape, we couldn’t help but wonder…have we gone too far? We’re so excited to cover the concept of overcorrecting when it comes to dating, inspired by the viral list “Places Women Refuse to Go On a First Date” (we have a lot to say!) and from all the content we see and consume every day. We discuss how some of the information out there could actually be harming your dating life and possibility of finding love, but how you can filter it and make it work for you. Before we get into the topic, we talk about guys on bikes (ick or not?), Rayna's comical texting with her mom about Thanksgiving, something that killed the mood for Ashley like never before, the show Naked Attraction, AND our new Vibes Only products (including a vibrator that will give you the best orgasm of your life). Enjoy!

When Nudes Go Wrong
If you’ve ever experienced the nightmare of sending a nude to the wrong person (or just have the fear inside of you), you’re not alone. We’re chatting all about nudes gone wrong – sending to the wrong person (family included), uploading to social media, accidental airdrops, and more. We’re also giving tips on how to avoid these incidents, and on the other (aka toxic) side, purposely using the “oops wrong person” as a power play in a situationship. Before we go full send on nudes, we’re talking about our multiple Halloween costumes and unpacking a shocking birthday cake incident. Enjoy!

Glowing Up and Growing Up with Andrew Collin
We have the hilarious and beloved Andrew Collin back in studio for another banger. We’re talking about glowing up later in life, self-confidence, moving across the country and going through transitional (and often tough) times with your partner, and the fights you get in when you live with someone (especially about food). We’re also talking about the journey from being a binge drinker to a moderate drinker and sharing crazy drunk stories from our past. Before he joins us, we catch up on Rayna meeting a guy on a plane, an accidental/embarrassing message Ashley sent to her bf, and comparing current relationships to past ones. Enjoy!

Long time fan!
Listening to an older ep - with star guest connor after listening to the one with his wife. You guys talked about the DC show and complimented Rya’s ex’s hair and i was like what? He has hair? Haha
Over it
I used to listen every week. I cannot stand the political talk. If you don’t have the same political views as them, then don’t even bother. I listened for the funny content, not politics.
I’m so glad they brought on the guy on the bike and her called out Ashley for calling it an ick. Ashley is nothing but a bully. I cannot listen anymore.
Used to be a huge fan, they’re just too white and out of touch for me now
Rayna & Ashley are both zionists and it’s a bad look when 20k Palestinians have been murdered by Israel at this point. They called Palestinians resisting their oppression on Oct 7th “terrorism”, but have been silent the past 50 days of israel genociding the entirety of Palestine. Obviously hypocritical esp since they spoke on Ukraine too… they only care about white people deaths and white feminist things. Tired of these “influencer” podcasters with no real substance
