Atlanta native, MiAsia Symone is a multimedia personality working in the radio, television, and digital industries. Taking on her new role as an on-air talent at Radio One (Hot 107.9), she is taking the entertainment realm by storm. From giving back to her community to partnering with multiple major brands, and having major influence in her hometown, MiAsia is one to look out for. She most recently received recognition from the House of Representatives and was awarded a resolution for being a citizen of impact in Georgia. Her most recent affiliations include BMW of South Atlanta, NARS Cosmetics, REVOLT TV, Rap Snacks, the Atlanta Hawks to name a few.

A native of Dallas, Texas Jessmine M. Cornelius currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia where she just completed work as the Operations and Special Project Manager on the Stacey Abrams for Governor campaign. Prior to, she served as a higher education program coordinator in Montgomery, Alabama and a coordinator for operations in the Institue for Capacity Building at the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) in Atlanta. Finally, she began her professional experience as the senior registrar specialist and CHOICE project coordinator at Morris Brown College, a private HBCU in Atlanta. 
An HBCU enthusiast, Jessmine received an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Blinn College – Brenham in May of 2021, a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in African-American studies from Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, Texas in August of 2020, and is currently a Master of Arts in History candidate at THEE Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. With academics and public service being at the root of her passion, she is a member of Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.

Samantha Clark is an Eastern Kentucky University graduate and new UX designer, making a career transition from the Behavioral Health field. Her previous professional experience, working with people with physical and/or mental disabilities, inspired her to create more accessible products and experiences. I’m a divorce attorney & mediator.
I have spent my career working with individuals and families of all races, ethnicities, religions, education levels, political affiliations, and socioeconomic statuses as they navigate divorce.
Yet, no matter the education level or economic resources, it has been my black women clients who find that divorce is more than just a legal process but rather that the decisions made during the process are influenced by our culture, community, and society.
Society’s “divorce narrative” is not written with us in mind! The divorce process often finds black women stereotyped, stigmatized or silenced.
Yes, black women get divorced too and we deserve better!
My girlfriends going through a divorce had access to me to explain things, empathize, and to even “call a sista out!”
What I realized very quickly is that it takes a village to get through a divorce, but not everyone has a sister or Soror who is a black woman divorce attorney!
