What can we do that's actually helpful?
In this episode we explore a list of real-world tested ways we learn from someone who has struggled mightily about the things his support network has done that have helped. These tips are for the end of the spectrum when someone is nearing or in crisis.

Millionth Maddow Fan ,

Bravo!

This new partnership with the respected AB Korkor Foundation for Mental Health will be of great benefit to all! Really happy it will help keep your good work moving forward. The July 6 interview with Dr. Korkor was so good. It will help me pair my mental health with my physical health. Thank you Terry and Bridget!

Speaker of 254 was so incredibly BAD!

The speaker of this episode was ridiculous. With no experience of depression he spoke with false authority about NOTHING for 30 min. as if talking to himself. He offered not a grain of coherence in his ideas about depression. But he also talked about how much people SHOULD do this and that while saying people shouldn’t give advice because everyone is dif. His rambling was shot through with hypocrisy and contradiction. This speaker was unbelievably foolish and devoid of any helpful insight.

I love it

So I have ups and downs about anxiety and depression, I don’t think I have depression but I do have my moments, this show is amazing and I gonna tell you why: they inform you, they teach you and with that you gain knowledge to learn how to deal with your own moments. I learn about rumination in the last episode and I even didn’t know I was doing that with myself or even how to respond when anxiety catch up with my brain. Knowledge is a power roll thanks to give me that!!! Thank you ladies love the show @jrhostins
