27. Gluten Free Holiday Troubles Gluten Free You and Me

I wanted to create an episode that dissects a lot of the negative feelings those with food restrictions face around the holidays. If you have been feeling down, isolated, depressed or just not looking forward to the holidays in fear of food- this episode is for YOU! This episode is also for those of us who have been gluten free for years but just need a good pep talk before being surrounded by tons of family... and GLUTEN!
I love a good Hallmark movie Theres that there is a problem- it gets resolved and they end with a perfect Christmas morning… but lets face it- that just isn’t all of our realities … and that is 1000% okay. 
But the message that I want to share today is that no matter what your situation is- wether you have a split home of gf eaters, inl-aws who do not understand or you don’t have any family physically close by.
