Practical advice, very helpful!

I found this podcast recently and am sad that there will be no more episodes! Dr.Baker has an amazing gift of providing perspective and advice in a very relatable and calming way. I have been helped by just a few episodes already, I’ll be listening to others soon. Thank you Dr. Baker!

GAD & perfectionism relief!

I started listening to this podcast about 2 weeks ago and have not stopped yet. Dr. Baker’s positivity and her relatable presentation are off the charts amazing. I have shared this podcast with family and friends especially those prone to anxiety. I’m a huge fan of her humor and dad jokes ;). Thank you, Dr. Baker, for helping me notice the tone of voice in my head and the great examples of kind alternatives.
