I can’t tell you how I stumbled across this podcast 3-4 years ago but I first started listening to her affirmations and 3 years later they still hit! As a young black woman in her 20s this podcast is truly excellent when it comes to helping us build the self-confidence it takes to navigate this big world. It helped me get through college and now her affirmations and lessons are helping me navigate my career and love life. New comers, I Would totally recommend you binge every episode, OG subscribers, listen again because you’ll always find something new that resonates!
