On today's episode we are interviewing the lovely Linnea Butler who is a trauma therapist and founder of The Bay Area Mental Health where she helps people with complex trauma. We discuss her journey on how she went from being successful in marketing climbing the corporate ladder to no longer being fulfilled by that career and switching roles to become a trauma therapist. The more inner work she did the more in touch she became with what was important to her and aligned with her soul. Tune in to listen to her journey, experience and everything in between!
