Going Back to the Basics Confident as F*ck

I’m so excited to be joining you all today, to be diving into 75 Hard and how I’m feeling about how it’s going, as well as my plans for after 75 Hard. While 75 Hard has had so many benefits and has helped my mental toughness, I’ve also found a few areas that aren’t working as well and I’d love to adjust them. Sometimes it can be easy to let your basics slip when you're trying to do harder things. It’s important to acknowledge when that happens and adjust to do better.
 
Weekly Fav: Lately my biggest obsession has been adding coconut cream to sodas to make dirty sodas. It’s so good and it’s a great sweet treat! 
 
Confidence Corner: Recently I had a realization that while I’ve been doing 75 Hard I’ve just been checking boxes and working through the vagueness of it all. It’s been making me feel so much more confident to go back to focusing on my basics and getting clear on what I need to be doing. 
 
Highlights of this episode: 
 
What adjustments I’m going to be making to 75 Hard to better adapt it to me and let it build my confidence 
 
What are you doing today that is getting you to something better in the next 20-30 days? 
 
Improving my mindset, especially around drinking, so that I am able to do better at accomplishing my goals 
 
We are feeling the need to take the edge off because we aren’t looking in the mirror and seeing what we actually need.
