How I Got My Toddlers To Eat Everything - A Picky Eater's Tale
I was your classic picky eater. I ate less than a dozen foods until my 20's. I've worked hard to change my diet and I have been able to avoid picky eating with my 2 girls. Currently my 3.5 year old's favorite foods are berries, beet chips and seaweed.
This episode goes over:
How I started introducing flavor before they were even eating
Why you should probably skip baby cereal
Why we don't make separate "kid" meals
How I get them to try everything
When to let them assert some food independence
Love learning something new and gets me really thinking about changes we can make in our family. Love it!
