Connecticut Yankees

This is a very enjoyable podcast about what's interesting and worthwhile in everyday places in Connecticut and around New England. The hosts have engaging discussions of what it's like to live in and visit places and how to think about being a traveler or a tourist. They're appreciative of everything but lead us toward some of the more neglected or disregarded towns and cities for a slightly alternative approach to local tourism. Get ready for a gentle takedown of celebrated locales like Burlington Vermont and Mystic Connecticut and instead enjoy a walk through New London or Hartford's riverfront.
