Friends are oxygen

Thank you so much for this beautiful podcast. I listen to it on Spotify, but you can’t review a show, at this point. I love the real, raw emotions that are expressed and I love learning more about your guest. As you say, I don’t really care what kind of moisturizer they you. I would like you to have a friend session with a friend walking the sobriety journey. It would be hugely helpful.

Warm & honest discussions about friendships

It’s very refreshing to have a podcast devoted to friendship. They are so important & keep you sane. Family is important, of course, but they can’t give you everything. Friends are your chosen family & help fulfill your life. Most of my closest friends are my “sisters” & they have been in my life since jr high. The breakup of a friendship can hurt worse then a romantic relationship. However, I think some friends are only suppose to be in your life for a certain period of time, maybe to help you through something & others are meant to be in your world for life. Thank you Jamie for this wonderful podcast. & for all the friends out there in the world-remember this Girl Scout song-
“Make new friends, but keep the old ones..one is silver and the other gold!”

Michelle Williams

Jamie has interesting stories to tell, but her talk with Michelle was very one sided. Michelle seems to keep a very private life, so to have an opportunity to hear her speak, but only for a few minutes, because Jamie spoke so much, was very disappointing.
