Good On Bail Reform

Welcome to Season 2 of Hashing Out the Law, the podcast where we discuss and hash out legal issues and/or topics. We are excited to be back and have some amazing guests lined up for you.

We are going to start off Season 2 with guest Ken Good. He and I will be discussing Bail Reform which has taken the country by storm. 

Ken is a Texas attorney and a member of the Professional Bondsmen of Texas. He has worked closely with lawmakers and other individuals on bail matters and will offer his perspective on what the recent statement by the Pretrial Justice Institute means.  Specifically, he will address why the success of bail reform hinged on the use of risk assessment -- and what lies ahead now that the tolls have been discredited.
