I started a new job recently and my task is to be the “GSA expert”. I’ve spent weeks spinning my wheels trying to figure this all out. Calling every help desk and other resources and doing online research. There is ZERO clear information online (well, that’s what it feels like).
I stumbled across this podcast and I could just cry because I’ve finally found answers to my questions. In particular, the episode on the VA schedules was so incredibly helpful.
