    Ephesians - Strangers No More // Naming & Resisting Unjust Hierarchies

    In this message, Pastor Pete Bauman leads us through Ephesians 5:21-6:9, which can be a confusing piece of Scripture. Here, Paul deals with the relationships between wives & husbands, children & parents, and slaves & masters. How do we reconcile these verses? What do we do with them when we understand fully the horror of slavery and the evil it perpetrated on so many people?

    Ephesians - Strangers No More // Soy Capaz

    Ephesians - Strangers No More // Soy Capaz

    In this message, we were honored to have Pastor Perrin Rogers with us as a guest speaker. “Soy Capaz” is a power packed little Spanish phrase that translates to “I Am Capable” in English. In Ephesians 4:25-32 we see Paul lets the church know that we are capable of being a Counter Cultural Community in the midst of a toxic culture by being mindful of others, mindful of our own proclivities and mindful of the Holy Spirit. As Ephesians 3:20 says, indeed God is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, and according to the power at work within US. We are capable!

    A Hope and a Future :: So What is Prosperity?

    In Jeremiah 29, God promises the people of Israel; ‘plans to prosper and not to harm’, a verse we love to quote when asking God for our own prosperity or our own answer to prayer. But what is this verse really about? What kind of prosperity is God really promising Israel, and what kind of prosperity does God invite us into? In this message Pastor Chris dives deep into what we believe about prosperity and the role it plays in our lives.

    A Hope and a Future :: Calling

    A Hope and a Future :: Calling

    How would you answer the question - “What is your calling?” In this message, Pastor Holly talks about what calling is, what it isn’t, and some practical ways we can discover our callings as a group of united followers and individuals, even with distractions and risk before us.
