Different outlook
I really enjoy Jeff’s episodes, and how he takes the time to truly explain why we react the way we react. His explanations and strategies to cultivating a different mindset have been incredibly eye-opening.
This speaks to me
This podcast is my “go to” when I am struggling at work. When I listen, I feel less alone in my struggle with the thoughts I have about events that have taken place. I get some space from my emotions and am able to see an exchange with a coworker from a different perspective. It has helped me build mindfulness instead of reacting based on emotions only.
