So Helpful for Creatives!
I love Laura’s insights and generous thoughts on the challenges of being artists/creatives and what strategies we can experiment with to live and work holistically. Her approach is kind, refreshing, not salesy, and I can feel that she genuinely wants to help creative people put our best work out into the world while also taking care of ourselves. I love that she is a dancer and creative herself, it makes her insights more valuable to me because she is living it along with us.
Calm + Focus
