Welcome to Grow. This is a Hadassah Jacobs, your Grow expert, and today we're gonna be talking about grow goals. You've heard of smart goals, dumb goals, every kind goal, there's too many to list!

Today, I wanna talk about grow goals, and the reason I do is because I am the world's worst goal setter. I have set thousands of goals in my life. I've achieved so few. I don't know if you have an issue with or not. If you don't have an issue with goals, this is still gonna be a very fun session for you.

If you have a hard time and you struggle to reach goals, or goals go out the window at the beginning of a new year, et cetera. This is the session for you! You don't wanna miss it because we're gonna look at goals and it's a whole different idea.
