Paul is the Co-Founder of the Ludic Group - a virtual flexibel company he build 15 years ago with the goal to design a better way of working. In 15 years, only 5 people resigned - what makes this new way of working special? How to build such a company? What do we need for the future of work?

Paul has a background in mathematics and computer science and is an expert in applying principles of Innovation, Design Thinking and Digital to digital transformation, people engagement and capability building.

Nils, 17 Jahre ist erfolgreicher Gründer. Bei ‚Start Up Teens’ haben er und sein Team mit der Schulapp „Sharezone“ gewonnen - die App ist nun seit kurzem in der Open-Beta mit bereits +1.200 registrierten Nutzern.

8 x wahrscheinlicher werden Erwachsenen, deren Eltern eine Hochschulbildung haben, die Hochschule auch abschließen.
Was können wir tun, um in Deutschland Chancengleichheit zu verbessern? Was bedeutet Chancengleichheit überhaupt? Darüber habe ich mit Natalya Nepomnyashcha gesprochen. Sie ist selbst in Kiew geboren und dann in einem sozialen Brennpunkt in Bayern aufgewachsen. Natalya hat erlebt, mit wie vielen Hürden ein sozialer Aufstieg in Deutschland verbunden sein kann. Auch deshalb hat sie 2016 Netzwerk Chancen gegründet, um sich für Chancengleichheit in Deutschland einzusetzen. Wir haben über Aufstieg, Gerechtigkeit, soziale Herkunft als "Diversity-Faktor" und Netzwerken gesprochen und sie hat offen von ihrem spannenden Weg berichtet.
