Sarah Supernova ,

Pretty interesting, and I look forward to it every week

A great way to get into the wry and dry Icelandic wit and humor, and meet some of the artists, entrepreneurs, filmmakers, musicians, and all variety of interesting Icelandic folk. I look foward to new episodes each Sunday. Give this one a try.

One of the Best Ways to Make an Icelandic Friend

One of my favorite podcasts because it really makes me feel like I'm making friends with each interview subject.

Hakur Emil Kaaber - That Icelandic Guy himself - is a warm, charming guy who picks some of the more interesting people in Iceland to talk to: Musicians; artists; conpiracy theorists; a Witch/Poet/Political Activist...and engages in some really great conversations with them. Because my sense of humor appears to be tuned to Icelandic humor, I love listening to the wry interplay between Hakur and whoever he's talking to. I'm basically smiling throughout the entire episode because of how enjoyable I find it.

And, as I mention in the subject line, by the end, I feel like I've made a friend in Iceland.
