In today's episode, I’m sharing my conversation with Lifestyle Medicine Coach Melyssa. We talk about alignment and your relationship with yourself when it comes to your health. Melyssa shares with us her new book and the 6 pillars of wellbeing.  We talk about acceptance as a starting place to get unstuck, recognizing progress, and how you can make positive health habits work for you.
 
Melyssa Allen, MA, CHWC, DipACLM is a multipassionate entrepreneur dedicated to educating and coaching individuals, companies, and communities to restore well-being with positive health habits. Using her training in mental health, well-being coaching, and lifestyle medicine, Melyssa guides people to build lasting, positive health habits in an "edutaining" way! She created her business, Melyssa with a WHY, LLC, to find ways to inspire positive lifestyle transformations to promote well-being of the mind, body, and heart using multidisciplinary, evidence-based approaches. This ultimately led Melyssa to publish her book, Healthy Living Doesn’t Have to SUCK, to help people overcome challenges to behavior change in a relatable way through interactive activities that educate, empower, and engage her readers – or “Change Makers.” Through workshops, her community of readers, and her coaching membership, Melyssa aspires to make an international impact towards encouraging positive lifestyle changes that promote mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
