    For example: let's say you're car shopping and you ask the car salesman the length of a car before buying it. They may assume it's because you are worried about the space in the back because you have kids, so they answer based on that assumption. When in reality, you may just need to make sure it'll fit in your garage.

    If they would apply this one simple concept it could totally change the way they have conversations - and that concept is CLARIFYING QUESTIONS!

    These scenarios could be happening in your sales conversations without you even realizing it, which could be resulting in people walking away from your offer. Incorporating clarifying questions is one of the easiest ways you can confidently control conversations, in your life and in your business.
