Amazing Guest!
Amazing guests with amazing questions. All coming from a grounded and experienced host, the space given to these teachers and researchers of spiritual teachings is unparalleled. Always a delight to see new and old names pop up here.
Bruce Frantzis episode
This was a horrible episode. This person may be a certified enlightened being, but his rambling, frankly unbelievable stories were rife with obscenities, particularly gruesome descriptions of mental, physical, and sexual violence, impossible exploits, and seemingly had no end. This episode should have come with multiple trigger warnings. I gave up well after an hour as this wasn't an interview, this was a monologue by a seemingly particularly disturbed person. Which makes sense given his extraordinarily traumatic childhood.
Steve - I have more respect for you than this dreck. I know you tend to let guests ramble about, which is usually fun. But this was really not my cup of tea. You can do better as an interviewer. I know you can. I've heard it multiple times.
I want to give a 5 star review for this program again. I hope I can.
Excellent podcast!
It has been difficult for me to find podcasts that take a deep dive into eastern practices and traditions. This one has done it... and the host provides very thoughtful questions that has a grounding quality to the topics being discussed.
