This is Connie’s story. Connie grew up in Penzance and can be found most days collecting plastic along the shoreline in Mount’s Bay. Connie volunteers for British Divers Marine Life Rescue and the Marine Stranding Network.
GWELEN SHORT STORIES accompany the interpretation panels installed along the Penzance – Marazion coastal path as part of the artwork Gwelen. Gwelen is an artwork by Artist Emma Smith with residents of West Penwith. The interpretation panels and accompanying audio have been created in collaboration with design studio TWO and Storylines, a community Interest Company who specialise in recording and sharing stories in creative ways.
