Do one at a time and start small.  Commit to two months. Anchor it in something you already do or something you see (cue). Have accountability - tell someone, put money on the line, etc.Make it part of your identity.

Change the environment.Know the trigger.Have a mantra/plan.Replace the action.Let go of shame.
