From here, she helped scale the business by building the marketing team from the ground up. She built the demand generation team to create a sales pipeline and supplemented it with a content and product team. Along the way, she integrated tech stacks like Salesforce into the organization. 
    Sakina built the marketing infrastructure at Tractable brick-by-brick by prioritizing recruitment and induction of technology with a six- to twelve-month perspective. The idea was to lay the foundation and then build for scale. Goals for people across business verticals were tied into pipeline goals to spread ownership of business growth across the company.
