Man, what a crazy academic year it was for Michigan athletics. From a national championship to multiple suspensions for Jim Harbaugh to new coaches in football and basketball in a matter of months, this year pretty much had it all.
As we approach the summer months – a slower time in the college sports landscape – we thought it would be the perfect time to rank the most memorable moments from 1-10 from an unforgettable year. Tony and Rainer open the show by discussing how we got to this point and the sustainability (or lack thereof) long term. Then the guys break down how Michigan has navigated the madness so far and debate whether their model of building through development is even sustainable anymore.

Excellent Assessment and Discussion about U of M and MSU Football

This is podcast with thoughtful and direct assessments of the football programs, the individual games, and about players. There’s a give and take between Tony Garcia and Rainer Sabin. They don’t always agree which adds to the value of this Podcast. And it’s fun along with informative. We’re fortunate as college and Big Ten football fans to have this source of information and open assessment without covering up or glossing over challenging situations. It’s good news reporters work!
